Returns or Refunds

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and delivered. All sales are final.

Exceptions

We only accept claims in the following cases:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.
• If the wrong product was delivered, please contact us immediately for assistance.
